I was reading my books when my mom went into my room asking something. I looked at her and at that very moment, I realized that her skin was incredibly good and glowing for her age. Well, it's not that there is an age limit for a nice, glowing skin though. Anyway, I told her that her skin was looking good. I asked her what she's been up to. She told me, "just like the usual,".

I know my mom very well. She don't really use a lot of skincare or makeup products. Even if I am giving her those, she still chooses to go hundred percent natural and organic. She uses olive oil as her moisturizer. She only use BB cream as her makeup and a little bit of lipbalm and lipstick.

It all started, I think, three months ago. I'm not really sure it could be less or more. Every dinner, they only eat fresh boiled beetroot topped or mixed with greek or plain yogurt.

I'm not really into their kind of dinner because I'm not really feeling it. I eat different meal.

But deep inside, I really wanted to try those. It gives my mom and dad an instant lip color whenever they eat beetroot because of it's tint. It's so beautiful.

So, I decided to study the benefits of beetroot not only for your health but also for your skin.
